This Tuesday, our last tri-meet of the year opened with a match against the defending VISAA champions. We lost 60-24, but were able to get some good wins against quality opponents. You can watch the dual here: https://fb.watch/3uZGaNmn2G/
Our final match of the night Thursday, and maybe our final Dual of the year, was a 24-30 loss to Buffalo Gap. In all, we didn't wrestle badly, but were unable to put together enough wins to beat the Bison. Asher Coffey, Kyle Coffey, and Connor McCall all won head to head matches by pin.
Thursday night, we traveled to Gap for a tri meet with Riverheads and Gap. We started the night with one of the top 1A teams in the state. We took one on the chin only winning 2 matches. Asher Coffey and Mauricio Ortiz wrestled well and were our only winners for that dual.
