The Chillicothe Hornets boys golf team took 5th place in the class 3 district 4 tournament today at Mozingo Lake Golf Course in Maryville. There were 83 golfers from 17 schools competing.

The Chillicothe Hornets, all seniors, went into the Midland Empire Conference Tournament having never defeated Maryville and having never placed higher than third in the conference. They accomplished both today at Green Hills Golf Course.
The CHS boys golf team picked up another tournament victory today, winning the Savannah Invitational Tournament at Duncan Hills Golf Course.
