In a highly anticipated matchup, the Caledonia Varsity Hockey team defeated their rivals, Sparta, 6-0 in a dominant performance on home ice. The game saw contributions from several players, with both offense and defense clicking in unison to secure the victory. Goalie Sam Hoag was also outstanding, earning a well-deserved shutout in the process.
The Caledonia Fighting Scots delivered an resounding statement on the ice, trouncing the Kenowa Hills Knights 9-1 in a commanding display of skill and teamwork. Goalie Sam Hoag anchored the defense with a stellar performance, allowing just one goal and keeping the Knights at bay throughout the match.
The Caledonia Boys Varsity Golf team competed at the OK Red post season tournament at Thornapple Pointe Golf Course. The boys competed well and tied with their best finish of the season with a 4th place finish. They ended with a 6th place finish in the OK Red conference. Regionals is the next event at Lincoln Golf Club on Wednesday, May 29th. The top 3 teams from the Regional Tournament will advance to the State Finals.
