The JSerra Girls Soccer team remain unbeaten on the season, as the Lions defeated the Downey Vikings, 1-0, in a nonleague match Tuesday evening at JSerra High.
Senior Chelsea Loeser scored the game-winning goal in the 55th minutes, as she curled a perfectly placed shot into the far post corner of the goal.
With the win, JSerra improves to 2-0-2 on the season.
