Caledonia Mock Trial Team Fundraiser

The Mock Trial class at Caledonia High School works on preparing and presenting their case to a real judge and jury. Throughout the semester, students work on learning all aspects of preparing a case and how to effectively argue their case. They compete against other schools across Michigan and a real judge and jury of attorneys evaluate their case and arguments. Last year's Caledonia Mock Trial received the award of Honorable Mention! The class works with a local attorney, Beth Yard, and classroom teacher, Mrs. Jonkman, to develop their case. This year the Team is using Blast Fundraising for support of their travel to watch real courts work as well as travel to local and State Competitions. Supporting through Blast allows supporters to receive updates on the team's progress throughout the year.
