South Pasadena JV Tigers took the lead for good with four runs in the second inning. In the second Charlie Vogel doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring three runs and Liu singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
South Pasadena JV Tigers stayed in it until the end, but Monrovia pulled away late in a 6-2 victory on Thursday. The game was tied at two with Monrovia batting in the bottom of the sixth when #26 singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
South Pasadena JV Tigers fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 11-6 loss to La Canada on Monday.
Bob Rosenberg led things off on the mound for South Pasadena and pitched a stellar game. He only allowed only four hits and three runs over seven innings. The offense got off to a slow start but the hits we collected were big. AJ Arreola and Nico Mostert both doubled in the 3rd to give South Pasadena two runs.
