The girls did awesome! We had multiple girls place top 3 in their weight class with some winning their weight class! Unfortunately we did not beat Centennial but I am still super proud of the girls and excited to see them develop this season. Many of the girls hit their maxes today in their lifts! Still a lot of season left and plenty of room for improvement before post season!
Awesome meet by the girls yesterday! They killed it!! JCHS beat FPC in both the olympic category (snatch and clean & jerk) and the traditional category (bench and clean & jerk)!
