The varsity team also fell to the Timberwolves in their final game of the season. The first half
The Varsity team notched a terrific win on Senior Night, defeating the Trojans 30 - 14. Aiden Fordyce lead the team with two TDs, two interceptions, and recovered onside kick. Justin Sevilla also contributed an interception on defense and several key receptions on the offense. Jonathan Sandoval rushed for a season-high 125 yards and two TDs. It was a great all-around team victory.
The travails of the varsity squad continued this week as the Patriots fell to the Warriors 28-15.
The varsity team lost a thriller at Laguna Hills as they got to within 1 point in the last few minutes, 14-13 and went for the win. Unfortunately, Laguna Hills (5-1) made a great defensive play and got the win with the same final score. The Patriots are starting to play at a high level at just the right time.
