Varsity Lady Scorps
The Lady Scorps showed their resilience by coming back from 1-2 down to win 3-2 in OT! Nadia Kamassah scored the winning goal off of a cross from Anneliese Wong. Ginger Fontenot opened up the scoring with an excellent free kick in the first half and Marli Hodges scored to tie the game off an assist from Ginger Fontenot. The Lady Scorps came alive when it mattered and we are so proud! Great job ladies!
The Lady Scorps won 2-0 against Oak Park in a dominating performance. The two goals came from Marli Hodges assisted by Nadia Kamassah and Justice Jones. The midfield was controlled by excellence play from Katelyn Lathrop, Ginger Fontenot, Malia Baker, Makenna Soliz and Anneliese Wong. The shutout goes to Isabella Pozzi who was superb in goal along with spectacular defending from Sela Laudato, Kathe Zappacosta and Victoria González. Bella González also played well up top. Great job Lady Scorps!
The Lady Scorps battled it out with Oaks Christian and came out with a 1-0 win. The goal was scored by Marli Hodges and was assisted by Justice Jones. Leah Snow got the shut out in goal.
