Private vs Public

In a classic showdown between Tonganoxie High School's C-team and the Bishop Miege squad, the evening took a turn faster than we could say "private school tuition." Despite THS showing plenty of heart.

Tough Draw

In a closely contested match, Tonganoxie High School battled to a 2-2 draw against Sumner High School. Tonganoxie opened the scoring for THS with a well-placed goal by Jackson Wedel, putting the Chieftains on the board. Sumner responded with two goals, but Tonganoxie fought back. Late in the game, Elijah Wease found the back of the net with a crucial equalizer, securing the hard-fought draw. Both teams played with intensity, and Tonganoxie’s resilience was on full display throughout the match.

Not a Good Game

In a tough matchup, the Tonganoxie High School C-Team faced Baldwin High School at home. Baldwin came out strong in the first half, overwhelming the THS defense and securing a commanding 5-0 lead by halftime. Despite efforts from Tonganoxie to regroup, Baldwin continued their dominant play, adding three more goals within the first 15 minutes of the second half. The game ended with Baldwin winning 8-0, concluding the match early due to the mercy rule.

Learning the Game

In a challenging C-team match against Topeka High, Tonganoxie battled hard throughout the game. Goalkeeper Wyatt Millsap made some great saves. However, Topeka High's relentless attack proved too much, as they pulled away to secure a 4-0 victory. Despite the loss, Tonganoxie displayed determination and effort throughout the match.
