Our girls season came to an abrupt end on a beautiful summer night in Winneconne.
In the final game of the regular season, Port fell to Hartford 8-0 in windy conditions on the road.
The youth players of our community cheered loudly to get Port home 7-3 as once again Savanna Miller shined in the pitchers circle. The freshman went the distance striking out 6, and limiting a solid West Bend East lineup to 5 scattered hits.
Lots of positives came out of today's 8-5 loss against Kettle Moraine Lutheran.
