Brighton fell to Salem in the KLAA Opener by a score of 15-12 last Wednesday. Freshman Joey Skoczylas led all scorers with 6 goals and 2 assists. A slow start in the game forced the Dogs to climb out, but just a little late.
Caden Freimark led all scorers with 3G and 1A as the Dogs opened up KLAA League play with a 7-5 win over Salem.
The varsity program got off to a nice start with a 12-6 win over Fr. Gabriel Richard. Joe Libler, Lukas Aurandt, and Connor Kammer had three goals. Defensive standouts included goalie Seth Mazaitis, Nate Stark and John Benkner.
