Sudden Victory
The Golden Bears face another fierce cat in the visiting Valley Center Jaguars. The game ended regulation all knotted up in what was a tough back and forth battle. The Golden Bears got to stretch their legs once again playing on the fast turf surface of our Stadium. This helped wear down the Jaguars leaving them with little gas in the tank once the Sudden Victory period began. It was then the Golden Bears launched a blitz on offense and the game was settled when Co-Captain Randi Johnson shot on goal over the diving Jaguar Goal Keeper. What a thrilling way to end the game it was.
