Vaca vs Vanden
Though this match was a heart breaker, the Vanden Vikes battled with great fortitude throughout the night. Set 1 started with high energy but became side railed with errors and pressure from the opponent. Set 2 brought a focus and energy, that was in fact, outstanding. Vanden set the opponents back on there heals with a battle that was hard to match, winning set 2 with control. After that is was a back and forth point for point, a match that could have went either direction. This was one of the best matches we have had with Vaca in years. Congratulations to this group of ladies! I am very proud of all of you!
