Jake Sweetnich started fast on the mound and finished strong with a complete game 3 hitter. Jake struck out 3 on the night and the defense played to their capabilities all night make play after play. The Bears struck first in the bottom of the 1st with a triple by Garrett Wright which scored Hogan Sedlock. Eric Freetage then had an RBI ground out to score Garrett. Carson Pastorius later in the 3rd with a bases clearing double (3 RBIs) to extend the lead. In the 5th Sedlock scores Nick Zito with a 2 out RBI single. In the 6th after a pair of walks to Benson and Carey, Darek Staudt's pinch hit RBI single and Pastorius then follows with an RBI single.
