Seymour outlast Torrington for their 3rd victory
In a game dominated by the Wildcats, it took an early 2nd half direct kick goal, scored by Sophia Motyl to secure the win. The Wildcats kept the play in the visiting Raiders side for a majority of the game, creating several scoring chances. The Raider Defense and Goalkeeper kept the game tight, but the Raiders could not generate enough offense to get past the Seymour defense. Ashlin Galietta earned the shutout victory making 2 saves on the night. Wildcats are back in action Wednesday 10/5 at home vs St. Paul Catholic High School at 6pm.
