Firecrackers jump out to early lead, beat Dirt Dogs
Kamryn Davis led off the game with a base hit, Corissa Sweet followed up with a triple down the line scoring Davis. Bella Martinez flew out deep to center, knocking on Corissa. Charlotte"Cheese" Forniss pitched all five innings shutting out the Dirt Dogs. Kelcie Adams,Jay Knox, Tiger Cervantes, and KD Valindo, had key hits for the Firecrackers. Delaney Faubert hit a three run home run to deep center in the fourth inning. The win puts the Firecrackers at 2-1 in the tournament. Next game Sunday at 8:00 AM.
