Understanding “the grind”
I am proud of the program for how hard the boys are working and trusting the process. This week was a big test for the program. To play 3 games in 5 days and to have finals as well. This is what the culture code calls the “Grind “ and win or lose we are developing as individuals and improving as a team along with the high academic standard that they are working thru as well as playing soccer at a physical competitive level.
