Neeka Barkhordar won 2 of 3 sets of long singles played in the heat this afternoon: 6-4 and 6-1 vs their #2 and #3 players. Neeka was the only Lioness to win 2 sets today - great effort.

Bryanna and partner, Abby Godber, came within a tie-breaker of winning 2 sets, after beating their top doubles team in the opening round: 6-4.

Lucca, with partner Viana Poggi, knocked off the Wolverine’s top doubles team 6-4 in an upset, 3rd round set! Fantastic win for them. This is Lucca’s 2nd (back to back) match in a row earning MVP status.
