JV Lions Fall Short in Closely Contested Game
The St. John Bosco Braves used timely hitting to overcome a two-run deficit in the late innings and edged the JV Lions 4-3. Mac Zawistoski, Troy Winningham, and Matt Radogna toed the rubber for the Lions. Bear Harrison (3-for-4) and Dillon Martin (2-for-4) each had multiple hits for JSerra. The series is knotted-up 1 to 1 with the rubber match scheduled for Friday at the friendly confines of St. Pierre Field @ 3:15 PM.
