Arrive by 5:30 ready to work by 5:45. The parking lot volunteers will be able to leave around 7:30pm and 50/50 volunteers once the winner is drawn at half time. Your teams should be ready no later than 5:45 pm. Reminder, there is a community cookout event beforehand. For the volunteers working concessions, they are entitled to receive 1 entree and fountain beverage on us (coupon will be handed out-candy excluded. )
