Hey guys, As some of you know I own a gym (Iron Mongers) in Vista, within the gym we have a non-profit organization called Heavy Breathing. Friday, August 23rd at 12pm we are doing a ribbon cutting ceremony at the gym for our foundation. One of our collaborators Black Sheep Barber will be there and the Heavy Breathing foundation is going to sponsor 10 free hair cuts for us. There’s going to be a videographer there and I’m hoping we can do a few demos of some of the things we’ve been doing at our strength camp, everyone is welcome to come.
