Athlete Physicals 7/17/24 Hello parents and players, RBV will be hosting the Active Mobility Doctors for physical's on Wednesday, July 17th starting at 12:30pm at RBV. They will be performing physicals for $30. If you are interested, please bring cash or a check made out to Active Mobility Chiropractic. Physicals are good for the school year, for all sports. You will need the physical forms from RBV Athletics (link below) to be signed by the doctors at your physical, and then you will need to upload all 4 forms to the website. If you go to your own doctor, please take the forms with you and have your doctor complete them, you will then need to upload them to the website. The athletic clearance forms will all need to be submitted before Fall practice. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT for players to be cleared on day 1 as players need to have a minimum number of practices before they can play in their 1st game. If players miss too many days of practice, they will not be eligible to play in the 1st game.
