Ridgefield Grapplers Shine at 22nd Annual Gary Tiger Ridgefield Challenge Tourney

Ridgefield hosted the 22nd Annual Gary Tiger Ridgefield Challenge this past weekend. The event followed an Alumni Event on Thursday January 25th celebrating 30 years of youth wrestling in Ridgefield. Many of the alumni stayed in town for the challenge and were treated to a record setting performance by the home team. The Challenge prides itself on bringing together some of the top teams from New York and New England. Ridgefield took second place behind current CT powerhouse, Newtown, and edged out a tough New Milford team.
