We have created an online Event Waiver for your convenience and ask that all participants and coaches fill out this form. Once they are filled out, they are good for the rest of 2024. Forms will not need to be filled out more than once if you attend multiple events throughout this year. Please be sure all forms are filled out by the Thursday before the event at 12:00 noon.
