Check in 7:00-7:200 AM - Coaches, please check in at the check in table. Athletes will place their bags in the paddock (hoping it is still in the lounge) and report to their lanes. Coaches Meeting: 7:30- 7:40 AM Announcements / National Anthem 7:45 AM Warm Ups 8:00 AM Scoring Begins 8:15 AM
