Hello Coach Mears has entered our Frosh/Soph team into their first 7 on 7 tournament. The tournament will be on July 14th from 3pm to approx. 7:45pm at Rio Mesa High School in Oxnard. We will be creating 2 7 on 7 teams with and 2 linemen teams. There will be a total of 5 games lasting 35 minutes each. This tournament will be in place of our regular scheduled practice for that Friday. I will put all the details in the calendar event on Blast. We are asking all player to arrive at Rio Mesa by 2pm to warm up. We will not have a bus for this event so players will either need to have a ride with an adult or let us know if they can not find a ride to Oxnard so we can try to help get them one. Parents and family members are welcome to come and cheer on our teams. We will be getting food and drinks for the kids so they can have something to eat between games, so we are asking for each player if possible to donate $10. I will collect the money starting on July 10th when we come back from our dead period. I will need each player to message me if they are able to attend, and if they have or will need a ride. If we don not get enough participation we will have to cancel this tournament.
