Description

Info straight from DFX Winter Wishes: Arrival- Enter Fraser High School through the main athletic entrance. A map is attached. The competition will take place regardless of weather conditions unless the school district cancels the event. The doors will open at 8:00 am for performers and coaches ONLY. Doors will open for spectators at 8:15 am. Please stress this with your team members and spectators. Spectators should avoid lining up outside of the building or restricting the entry to help us to quickly and efficiently get a large number of team members and coaches in the building. Again, doors will open at 8:15 am for spectators. Performers may go directly into the holding gym, locker rooms, participant seating, or team area while the coach checks in. PERFORMERS - The competition will begin at 9:00am. Performers may sit in the bleachers in the rear of the gym. Performers should not be in the spectator seating during the competition. SPECTATORS - Spectators should enter through the main entrance. Tickets are $5 per person, and can be paid for with cash ONLY. Children 5 and under are free. Half of all ticket fees go directly to Make-A-Wish, Michigan! Please check out an attachment to review the ‘How to be a Super Spectator’! Restrooms are located in the main hallway near the entrance. Spectators are asked to support all teams with applause! As a courtesy to performers, we ask that spectators stay seated during all performances, and are welcome to enter and exit the gym between performances. There is no saving of seats in fairness to all of those in attendance. PHOTOS/VIDEOS - All performance videos and action photos are included in your registration fees! All Star Action Photography will be posting videos and photos on Thursday following the competition on their website, www.AllStarProductions.us. If you wish, spectators are allowed to videotape at this event from a seated position. We suggest nominating one person from your program who will be able to share the video, allowing everyone to enjoy the competition! Any use of photo/video equipment should not be a distraction to the performers or other spectators around you. Tripods are not allowed in the spectator seating area.
