Firecrackers come from behind to beat Athletics and capture PGF birth.
The Athletics scored two runs in the top of the first inning to take the early lead. The Firecrackers came back with 3 of their own in the bottom half of the inning. Kamryn Davis led off with a base hit and was sacrificed to second. Bella Martinez singled knocking in Davis. Corissa Sweet hit a slap single to short giving the Firecrackers first and second with one out. With two outs Shelbie Valencia doubled to the gap scoring Sweet and Charlotte Forniss who had reached on a fielders choice.
