The JSerra Boys Basketball team dropped a spirited 78-67 decision to the Mater Dei Monarchs Friday night in Trinity League action.
Senior Aidan Fowler scored a team-high 18 points for the Lions, all coming in the second half.
Senior Sebastian Rancik scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
The Lions are now 15-3 overall (0-2 in league).
