The JSerra Girls Water Polo team returned to the win column Tuesday afternoon with a 13-2 triumph over the Huntington Beach Oilers in a nonleague game at JSerra High.
Senior Zoe Gabriel paced the offense with a team-high five goals for the Lions, who controlled possession throughout much of the game.
Sophomore Sloane Paulson contributed three goals, with fellow sophomore Kamryn McCord scoring twice.
Juniors Payton Netherton and Karissa Hughes, along with sophomore Sayre Duran each scored second half goals for JSerra (3-2).
