A season of tremendous accomplishment for the JSerra Girls Basketball team came to a close on Thursday night, as the Lions fell to the Harvard Westlake Wolverines 70-42 in the 2nd round of the CIF Division 2 State Championship at Harvard-Westlake High. JSerra, which didn’t win a game last season, finishes the season with a record of 24-10 and the first CIF-SS title in school history. Freshman Addie Nolan scored a team-high 19 points for the Lions, while freshman Shae Talleur scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds.
