The JSerra Wrestling team enjoyed a victorious team performance on Senior Night Tuesday, as the Lions defeated rival Santa Margarita 45-30 in a Trinity League dual meet at JSerra High.
The Lions picked up four head-to-head victories as part of their team-winning triumph over the Eagles.
Junior Matthew Mendez (134lbs), senior Kilian Hannegan (146lbs), and sophomore Rocco Tompkins (177lbs) all earned victories in their head-to-head match-ups by pin.
Junior Foster Andersen (167lbs) won via points.
