Girls Varsity Water Polo (2023 - 2024) Team Record (11 - 5, 8 - 2)

The JSerra Girls Water Polo team picked up two victories on the opening day of the inaugural Warriors Winter Classic Friday evening at JSerra High. The Lions opened pool play with a 17-7 victory over El Segundo. Sophomores Kamryn McCord and Sloane Paulson tied for team-high scoring honors in the game with four goals apiece. Senior Zoe Gabriel scored three goals, while fellow senior Sydney Chapman found the back of the net twice. Later, the Lions used a 9-2 opening period scoring run to propel them past Camarillo High 15-6. Gabriel was the scoring catalyst, as she produced a game-high six goals.
