Strength and Power Technique Good evening bears, Per request I've created a short technique video on the big lifts for Steength and Power. We give simple explanations with demonstrations. Each exercise has two variations (1 min each) 1) Short athlete 2) Tall athlete Exercises - dead lift - Hang Clean - Bench Press - Push Press - Back Squat In other words the set up/position will differ by individual and body type.
