The JSerra Girls Basketball team closed out a strong showing at the Lady Knights Winter Classic with a 67-41 victory in the third place game Saturday evening at Arroyo High in El Monte.
The victory improves JSerra to 9-1 on the season.
Freshman Shae Talleur (25 points and 13 rebounds) and junior Lindsay Tshibuyanga-Tambwe (18 points and 15 rebounds) keyed the Lions' triumph.
Freshman Addie Nolan scored 11 points, while freshman Rosie Santos scored 10 points and added nine rebounds and six assists.
