Effortless Power
Here's a simple yet highly effective wall drill I use to teach first step quickness and effortless power. The idea is to generate torque through the spine first. This creates a catapult affect of raw effortless power. Great thing is it allows smaller athletes to MOVE bigger athletes. If a big athlete uses it the results can be scary good. Give this a try.
