Cross Country Program (2022 - 2023)

October 1, 2022 Cross Country meet at Waiki'i Ranch located near Waimea (Kamuela). Cooler weather, higher altitude and beautiful rolling green hills. A welcomed change with it's own challenges. Amazing to see the athletes running hard, feel the energy and see the team bond. Go Waveriders!
