Boys Varsity Soccer (2023 - 2024) Team Record (9 - 2 - 7, 4 - 2 - 6)

The JSerra Boys Soccer team saw its' season end in disappointment on Friday evening, as San Clemente defeated the Lions 3-1 in the second round of the CIF-SS Open Division Playoffs at San Clemente High. San Clemente advances to the quarterfinals of the Open Division with an aggregate scoring advantage of 3-2 between the first and second round matches between the two schools. The Tritons scored an 11th minute goal and held a 1-0 lead at the intermission. JSerra tied the match in the 47th minute on a lunging header by senior Marcus Ozmai off a well-placed send into the box by senior T.J. Dilley. But the Tritons tied the match in the 49th minute and then regained the decisive aggregate goal advantage in the 70th minute with their third score of the match. JSerra finishes the season with an overall record of 9-2-7.
