The JSerra Girls Basketball team claimed its' third tournament title this month with a 55-39 victory over Valencia High of Placentia in the championship game of the Savanna Holiday Classic Friday night at Savanna High. The Lions, who also won the Rosemead and San Pedro tournaments earlier this month, have now won 11 consecutive games and improved their overall record to 18-1 on the season. Freshman Eden Hoff spearheaded JSerra's title triumph with 25 points and eight rebounds, both team-high totals. Freshman Addie Nolan scored 12 points, while freshman Rosie Santos recorded a team-high 12 assists to go along with seven rebounds, and six steals. Freshman Shae Talleur, who averaged 16 points per game in the four-game tournament, was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.
