About Me

Carson Roose is a 6-foot-5 quarterback at University Liggett School in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. He's captain of the varsity football team, and a two-year varsity basketball player. Academically, he currently carries a 3.74 grade-point average and has been on the honor roll for five consecutive semesters. Roose earned all-league football honors in the Detroit Catholic High School League and all-region from the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association. Carson passed for 1,867 yards and 23 touchdowns in Liggett's six-game season. He definitely has the skills and qualities to be a highly successful college quarterback: arm strength, accuracy, athleticism, and leadership abilities. Carson would like to thank Coach Kumasi, Coach Esler, Coach Becker and Coach Tava for helping him learn the importance of teamwork and humility. These skills will carry over into his future on and off the field. As for his future, Carson is considering physical therapy as a career choice.
