Notes: USMC recruiter SSGT Drew Kuc will be coming into practice the week of 11/15 to have our athletes perform the following: IST (Initial Strength Test) which consists of a 1.5 mile run. Pull-Ups/Push-ups, and Sit-ups/planks. 30 lb ammo can lifts. Burpee Bear-Crawl challenge. "Deal or No Deal" style of sprints. Bring out the competition in one another and pit them against groups of each other. At the end, there will be a guided discussion/Period of Instruction on Integrity, Poise, Self-Confidence, Self-Direction, Self-Discipline, and Leadership! Swag bags with USMC stuff may be given out too!
