Starting next week, we will be working out on Tuesdays and Thursdays (no workouts over spring break). We will also be mountain bike riding on Wednesdays after spring break. We have been having a nice turnout for our team's weight training and I know that those skiers that are working our will see the results next season. We will still workout on Wednesday this week.
