Verbum Dei Jesuit High School, known as the Verb, is a private Catholic all-boys college preparatory school sponsored by the Society of Jesus in Los Angeles, California. For over 60 years, we have been dedicated to developing young men into scholars and leaders, equipped for the challenges of today and tomorrow. Guided by the Jesuit values of men for others, our students graduate with the competence, conscience, and compassion needed to make a positive impact in the world. Verbum Dei’s basketball program boasts a proud history of excellence, with 3 National Championships, 3 State Championships, and 14 CIF Championships. Under the leadership of Coach Brian Wright, the Eagles are committed to continuing this legacy of greatness and rebuilding a tradition of success.
