Hoover Robotics Fundraiser

The Viking Robotics Team #4121 comprises students in grades 9-12 from Hoover High School and other high schools in Stark County. The team participates in robotics tournaments throughout the academic year and summer months. Additionally, we carry out outreach programs in our local community. The cost to create, build and compete with our custom robot is substantial, and we are asking for your assistance to help us qualify for the World Championships in Houston, TX in April 2024!

About Us

The Viking Robotics program, also known as Team #4121, is a participant in the FIRSTĀ® robotics competition. Our goal is to encourage young people to become leaders and innovators in science and technology. We achieve this through a mentor-based program that helps students develop skills in science, engineering, and technology. Our program also aims at inspiring creativity, innovation, and well-rounded life capabilities, such as self-confidence, communication, and leadership. We believe that the FIRST Robotics Competition is the ultimate Sport for the Mind, and many high-school students who participate refer to it as "the hardest fun you'll ever have".
