The lady tornadoes came out swinging the bats producing 15 hits lead by Juliana Hooker and her 1st home run of the season. Also great pitching from Freshman Sammy Murphy with 8 stikrouts and Ella Russo pitching 2 innings for the save !!
On February 12th, the Lady Tornadoes Track team took 1st place overall @ the Benchmark Meet at Monarch Highschool.Mya Brown opened up the season with a new Personal Best in the High Jump,jumping 1.60m .In addition to helping anchor the Girls 4x100 to a 1st place finish. Giselle Lenchus placed 1st overall in the 200m and 2nd overall in the 100m dash respectively.
Boys placed 4th out of 5 schools @ The Boyd Anderson Dual Meet.Avondre Walter's took second in both hurdle events,in addition to being apart of the Boys 4x100m relay (Raylen Garner,Avondre Walters,Michael White and Amari Freeman)that ran a season best of 46.54
