DeCresce's walk-off RBI single seals the deal in Burnt Hills win over Troy

Burnt Hills, NY — Burnt Hills seized victory in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off single at the end of the game to topple Troy. The game was tied at four with the Spartans batting in the bottom of the seventh when Kyle DeCresce singled on a 1-2 count, scoring the winning run.
Burnt Hills earned the victory despite allowing Troy to score three runs in the third inning. Danny Rogers and Davin Keddell-Tuckey each had RBIs in the frame.
Troy opened up scoring in the second inning, when Kenile Jenkins singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
Mason Veronezi earned the win for Burnt Hills. The righthander surrendered zero runs on two hits over one inning, walking one.
Christian Brown took the loss for Troy. The hurler allowed one hit and zero runs, walking zero.
Tyler Spenard started the game for Troy. The pitcher went six and a third innings, allowing five runs on seven hits and striking out three DeCresce started the game for the Spartans. The righty lasted six innings, allowing seven hits and four runs while striking out five
