Anna started at #3, this afternoon and easily disposed of their #3 player 6-1, and their #1 player 6-0!...after waiting a long time to play their #2 player, Anna beat her 7-5 in the last match of the day! Great job in very hot conditions.

JSerra splits with Mater Dei, loses rematch 6-12.

Fountain Valley, CA — Not quite the same team we beat before (apparently MD moved 4-5 girls down from their large varsity roster to “help out” today) but that’s ok. So technically, we tied for 2nd in league, but had good enough efforts to get several JSerra players seeded in the Trinity League championships next week. There IS a rule against moving players down to (dominate) the JV tournament, so we should perform well next Tuesday.
