Mission Viejo, CA — Mission Viejo, on hot days, is normally about 12-15 degrees hotter than our home courts... that held true today with temps in the mid 90's. Makes sense considering their proprietor! The Diablos were short several players and only managed to get 8 to the match, so, we agreed on an abbreviated format.The Lions easily swept 6 of 9 doubles and 3 of 4 singles matches. JSerra had 3 of their top 5 singles players not make the short trip, but it was a great day for everyone to showcase. ALL girls who played today are MVP's for simply suiting up! One more preseason week before we open up league vs Santa Margarita the following week. Go Lions!
