Santa Ana, CA — Well this one is sure to be a challenge for our lady Vanguards as they go on the road to Santa Ana to face the Eagles of Calvary Chapel. Current rankings do not reflect the 2 previous victories but even after they do, Elmo is still sure to be the “underdog” in this one. Calvary Chapel boasts a national ranking over 3,000 spots higher than Elmo and 350 spots higher in California rankings. But we’ve seen what being the underdog means with victories in their last 3 matches, 2 of which they also came in as the underdog.
